How to create your first event
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to your Creator Dashboard and click "Create Event".
- Fill in event details (title, description, date, venue).
- Upload a banner image using ImgBB (free) and paste the direct link.
- Add ticket tiers (e.g., Regular, VIP) with prices and quantities.
- Submit for approval. Our team reviews within 24 hours.
- Once approved, your event will go live and tickets become available for purchase.

Setting up ticket tiers
Ticket tiers allow you to offer different price levels for your event (e.g., Regular, VIP, Early Bird). Each tier can have its own price and quantity limit.
- Regular: Standard entry
- VIP: Front row access + perks
- Early Bird: Discounted price for first 50 buyers
Customizing your portfolio page
Your public creator profile at vibepass.sbs/creators/yourbrand can be customized:
- Upload a banner image and avatar
- Set your brand name and bio
- Choose a primary colour for buttons and highlights
- Add social media links (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, website)
- Your past and upcoming events appear automatically
