You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without express written permission from VibePass.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibePass provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• Accuracy or reliability of any event information provided by creators
• Security of data transmitted over the internet (despite our best efforts)

VibePass is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or quality of events organized by third-party creators.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibePass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Event cancellations or rescheduling
• Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill
• Unauthorized access to your account (due to weak passwords or sharing credentials)

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of VibePass shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ticket or event giving rise to the claim.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VibePass, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property)
• Any content you submit as a creator
• Your use of the platform

5. Governing Law

These terms and your use of VibePass shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

6. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@vibepass.sbs. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

7. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VibePass regarding your use of the platform.
