Go to your creator dashboard → Payouts → Request payout. Minimum payout is ₦10,000 and takes 24‑78 hours after approval.

You will receive a full refund automatically within 7 days. Contact support for further assistance.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, ticket transfer is available from your order page up to 2 hours before the event.
